Jenny knows that fitness is beyond movement. It’s an experience.

In 2016, she took her first Yoga Alliance Certified 200hr Teacher Training with the intention of sharing the intricate magic of the practice. Giving the gift of yoga was something that was only inevitable, based on her experience of what the practice provided her.

Jenny takes a mindful approach to every modality she teaches, and wants her students to feel supported in whatever part of their journey they’re on. She has been certified in two separate 200 HR YTT Programs, Yoga Nidra, Yoga for the 12 Steps of Recovery.

While pursuing a career in teaching yoga, she was passionate about the way indoor cycling revolutionized her health and strength. So inventiably, Jenny pursued training as an indoor cycling instructor and went on to teach at SoulCycle for five years. In this space, she was able to teach with a completely different energy dynamic than what teaching yoga offered. She loves how teaching both yoga and indoor cycling has given her a well-rounded approach to leading any space.

Additionally, she is certified as an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, and is passionate about weaving the sacred Vedic teachings of Ayurveda into her classes. She actively studies Vedic Meditation and is on course to Vedic Meditation Initiator Training.
