RESET + RESTORE

Join us as we kickstart the SPRING season by taking care of YOU. 

We'll be starting your SUNDAY off with a 45-minute Restorative FLOW followed by a guided meditation that will leave you feeling ready and recharged. The recovery and feel good vibes will continue after class as you enjoy our recovery stations including chair massages, stretch therapy all while enjoying some tasty and healthy treats. 

This will be one event you will NOT want to miss! Let's face it- we all need a RESET and this is the perfect opportunity for it.  

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to check-in and set up your mat. 

Space is LIMITED. Advanced Registration is required.
